Lambert,
Do give me
time too to review the rest of the faculty sponsorship payment. John
must have forgotten that he had committed $500 to golf and reunion
expenses.

John,
If you look at your canceled check no 3489 you
will note that in the memo space it is specified that the donation is
for faculty sponsorship, Golf and Food. In a separate note which I will
mail you a copy of, it is broken down into:
$3,000- Faculty Sponsor pledge
2008-2009, $200-golf hole sponsorship-Jo & John, $200-Golf hole
sponsorship-F.A.R.M., $100 for class'55 reunion food allocation.This
breakdown is how I have recorded it in our books.
You are right also about the exchange rate but we
never considered that when pledges were made. We still made pledges of
$3,000.
Cheers,
Inez

Lambert & Inez:
Please make the correction. Jo and I pledged
$3000.00 for the 2008-2009 Science Faculty chair but I actually sent
Inez $3500.00 last January 03, 2008, check number 3489. The reason why
I sent $3500.00 is to compensate for the dollar/peso exchange rate then
to complete the P150,000 amount for the faculty chair. The exchange
rate at that time was 42.82 pesos/dollar.
Thank you.
