Vancouver SMSSAFF Conference


The Members of the Board of Trustees are mandated to Elect the following:

  1. Chairman of the Board of Trustees
  2. President
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Assistant Treasurer
  6. Auditor

Unanimously nominated [by the SMSSAFF members present at the June !8 meeting at Sierra Mia, West Virginia] as Chairman of the Board of Trustees was Edwin Abeya.

Currently serving as President, Secretary, Treasurer and Auditor are: Lambert Sagalla, Annabelle Marchadesh, Inez Saley and Max Batong respectively. All the  foregoing officers were also unanimously nominated to continue with their present positions.  In addition, Norman Killip was unanimously nominated to the position of SMSSAFF  Assistant Treasurer.

The final decision as to who is to be the SMSSAFF Chariman of the Board of Trustees and who should be the SMSSAFF Officers  rests with the Board of Trustees. Thus, the Election Form below is provided for elected members of the Board of Trustees to express their choice as to who should be the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and who will be the Officers of SMSSAFF.

Having accepted my election in absentia to the SMSSAFF Board of Trustees, [please select either of the following options]:

I cast my vote in favor of the nominated and elected Chairman of the board and Officers of SMSSAFF made during the June 18 SMSSAFF meeting at Sierra Mia West Virginia [i. e., Edwin Abeya as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Lambert Sagalla as President, Dario Palasi as Vice President, Annabelle Marchadesh as Secretary, Inez Saley as Treasurer, Norman Killip as Assistant Treasurer and Max Batong as Auditor]

I would like to nominate/elect individuals other than those nominated/elected during the June 18 SMSSAFF meeting in Sierra Mia, West Virginia.

P.S. Elected Members of the Board of Trustees present during the June 18, 2005 SMSSAFF meeting in Sierra Mia, West Virginia are presumed to have already expressed their choices as to Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Officers of SMSSAFF. Thus, it is only Members of the Board of Trustees elected in absentia who are expected to use the Election Form above. I am pleading for all concerned to take this seriously.
