Preparations  Committee for the June 18, 2005
SMSSAFF Meeting in West Virginia.

Task: To coordinate with the meeting hosts [Edwin and Mia Abeya] towards a smooth North America and other overseas based SMS alumni and Friends gathering and meeting. This will include:

  •  Estimates of food, utensils and other related expenses to come up with how much registration fee to charge per participant;
  • Planning socials such as volleyball, songfest, fund-raising activities, campfire, litson, and the like.
  • Ground/bathroom cleaning and dish washing assignments;
  • Safety concerns for kids
  • Etc..
