Dear
Everybody,
This is to acknowledge receipt
of P100,000 from Engr. Rufino Bomasang, SMSSI Chairman of the Board of
Trustees as full payment for one faculty chair sponsorship this School
Year 2008-2009. A full faculty chair sponsorship amounts to
P150,000 or $3,000. Thank you Sir Rufino for the continuous support.
Also, this is to acknowledge receipt of P150,000 from the Nehemiah
Development Project Inc. through Mr. Dan Chalmers, as fulfillment to a
full faculty chair sponsorship this School Year 2008-2009.

Energy Limited has just remitted this morning 75,000 pesos to SMSSI PNB
Bontoc savings account in fulfillment of its pledge as Platinum Sponsor
during the forthcoming golf tournament to raise funds for the gymnasium
project. I will issue the appropriate official receipt for this.
For the 50,000 peso check I gave
you last Saturday to
fully pay
the balance on my personal faculty sponsorship for 2007-2008. please
issue me an official receipt. You can keep it and give it to me during
the homecoming.
Lambert, kindly input the above payments in your updates on the golf
corporate sponsorship and faculty sponsorship, respectively.

Please
update this list to make it current. I have already fully paid for the
science teacher for 2006-2007, as acknowledged in the latest update by
the SMS accountant. Also, since Dr. Alipit's donation is for the science
teacher for 2007-2008, you may
shift my continuing support for a faculty member for 2007-2008 to any
subject.

| On the basis of the above email, I
earlier assigned one social studies faculty chairs for school year 2007-2008 to manong Rufino. With the recent revision, however, on the faculty scheme
based on the latest explanation by Dennis on the matter, it seems manong
Rufino will be sponsoring one science faculty chair for the next 3 years
- i. e. school years 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. So if he is
sponsoring only one faculty chair for Year 2007-2008 [a science faculty
chair] the social science faculty chair for school year 2007-2008 will
then be included in the sponsorship of PETI trading. Thus PETI trading
will sponsor a social faculty chair for school years 2007-2008,
2008-2009 and 2009-2010. LBS |
